Privacy notice
This notice explains how AssureAI handles website enquiries, email correspondence and free resource downloads.
Last updated: 13 June 2026. These pages may be updated as AssureAI's services and website develop.
Who we are
- AssureAI provides practical AI training and adoption support for public-sector and regulated teams.
- You can contact AssureAI about privacy or website enquiries at contact@assureai.co.uk.
Information we may collect
- Information you send through the contact form, including your name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, area of interest and message.
- Information you include in email correspondence with AssureAI.
- Basic technical information created when you use the website, such as hosting logs needed to operate and protect the site.
- Free resource downloads are not gated behind a form. At launch, downloading the AI Readiness Checklist or Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Self-Check does not ask for your personal details.
How we collect information
- Directly from you when you complete the enquiry form or email AssureAI.
- Automatically through normal website hosting and security logs.
- From the page or query string that led you to the contact form, so AssureAI can understand the context of your enquiry.
Why we use information
- To respond to enquiries about training, course options, readiness calls, Microsoft Copilot preparation, governance support or resources.
- To arrange follow-up conversations and prepare relevant course or proposal information where requested.
- To operate, maintain and protect the website.
- To keep a practical record of correspondence where needed for administration, follow-up or service planning.
Contact form and email handling
- The contact form sends enquiry details by email to AssureAI when the email service is configured.
- Required fields are marked on the form. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the form unless it is necessary for your enquiry.
- AssureAI will only use your details to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
- Essential cookies or similar storage may be used where needed to run the website, remember your cookie preference and protect the service.
- Non-essential analytics and marketing storage is denied by default unless you choose to allow it.
- Optional analytics cookies are used only where you grant consent.
- Google Tag Manager manages approved website tags. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity may be loaded through Google Tag Manager only when analytics consent is granted.
- Marketing storage is reserved for future advertising tags such as Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or Google Ads remarketing. These are not added directly in this website codebase.
- You can change your cookie preferences at any time.
Who information may be shared with
- Website hosting and email service providers may process information so the website and enquiry form can work.
- AssureAI may share information where required by law, regulation or a legitimate request from an appropriate authority.
- Personal data is not sold.
How long information is kept
- AssureAI keeps enquiry and correspondence information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the enquiry, follow-up, administration or record-keeping.
- Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised as part of normal housekeeping.
