Privacy notice
This provisional privacy notice explains how AssureAI expects to handle website enquiries and resource requests once form handling is connected.
Current website forms are front-end placeholders only. They do not currently send or store data.
Legal review required
This privacy notice is a launch placeholder and should be legally reviewed before live data collection is enabled.
Who we are
- AssureAI is an AI training provider focused on practical training for public-sector and regulated teams.
- Full business contact details should be confirmed before launch.
What data we collect
- Enquiry form data when forms are connected, such as name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type, area of interest and message.
- Checklist form data when connected, such as name, work email, organisation, role, organisation type and main area of interest.
- Technical or analytics data if analytics is later added, such as page visits, device information or referral source.
How we use data
- Respond to enquiries about training, courses, discovery calls or resources.
- Send enquiry details by email to AssureAI using the configured email service provider.
- Provide requested resources when a download or delivery flow is connected.
- Arrange calls and prepare relevant course information or proposals.
- Improve website content and services if privacy-appropriate analytics are later added.
Lawful basis placeholder
- The lawful basis for each data use should be confirmed before launch.
- Likely bases may include consent for specific resource requests and legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, but this requires legal review.
How long data is kept
- Retention periods have not yet been finalised.
- A final retention schedule should be set before any live data collection is enabled.
Who data is shared with
- The contact form can use Resend as the email service provider for enquiry handling when the relevant environment variables are configured.
- This implementation sends enquiry details by email and does not store submissions in a website database.
- If CRM, booking, analytics or additional providers are added, they should be listed here before launch.
Your rights
- Under UK GDPR, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of their personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
- This wording should be legally reviewed and adapted to the final data-processing setup before launch.
Contact details placeholder
- A final privacy contact email and business address should be added before launch.
- Do not enable live data collection until the privacy contact route is confirmed.
Legal review note
This page does not claim full legal compliance. It is a structured launch placeholder for review by an appropriate legal, privacy or data protection adviser before forms, analytics or integrations go live.
